TLDR : Answer Summary
The community provided various suggestions for performing a visa run from Koh Phangan. Recommendations included crossing the border at Ranong to Myanmar, or visiting a Thai consulate in Penang if a visa is needed. Additionally, there are visa tours available on the island that can assist with the process. Participants also clarified the purpose of the visa run, questioning whether the user needed a new visa or was simply seeking to exit and re-enter Thailand.

In Ranong he can have a border run.

If he needs a visarun to a thai consulate, he must go to Penang

I need a visa run. Do you mean you have to leave Thailand and you like to come back with a new Visa or do you have a multiple entry visa and just need to go out and come back directly for another Admitted to Stay period?
