Could somebody give me some insight on this. What is the 2568 letter? Or what does it look like? I’ve uploaded the letter from my gym from Office of Boxing Sport Board, Sports Authority of Thailand

Ministry of Tourism and Sports. I’m lost on what they are requesting. Thanks in advance
