TLDR : Answer Summary
To reapply for a further year O visa based on retirement in Thailand, you need to complete the TM7 form. It's recommended to obtain the form directly from the immigration office to ensure you have the correct version, as some offices may have their own modifications. Additionally, make sure to use blue ink when filling out the form to avoid any issues.

Extension applications are done on the TM7 form. Use blue ink only to prevent any issues.

It's generally best to get the form directly from the immigration office as some have their own form or have small modifications. If you try to find and print it yourself they may reject it and require you to fill out their version.
