Hello. I just did the safe entry thing and I got this text over my 60 day visa exempt stamp . Offline? What does that mean do anyone knows? I never had it ever on any stamps 😬
Thank you for any help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 'offline' annotation on your 60-day visa exempt stamp indicates that the immigration system was not operational when you entered Thailand. This means that your entry may not be immediately recorded in their system, but it's generally not a cause for concern as many others experienced the same issue during that time. You are still granted the full duration of your visa, and this note serves to explain any potential discrepancies in records.
depends on immigration officer in front of you , I just done 3rd trip in 12 months and was allowed to enter but told next need retirement or some type of long stay visa
its a way to get by immigration before everyone else (no queing) and no questions asked. Easy and fast! I mostly did it cause I was travelling with my two babies and their thai father was waiting for us and I knew I would be exhausted and wanted an easy quick problem free entry. Some people do it if they have many visa exempt entries for example 🙏☺️
Thai citizens line is not the same as fast track line. Also neither of those is the same as "safe entry" fast track which is a guaranteed entry through an agent.

Its just Thailands subtle hint to turn the phone off , disconnect and have an absolute blast. Go to Thailand and get Offline ... 😉

System was down when you entered.

Yes last month+ the immigration system had a lot of updating (offline) timings 🤷🏻♂️😅

No panic, they couldn’t input your entrance to immigration system. Most probably computer system was not working.
I had to do some digging on this, but was able to get information from Tod in the other visa group.
The day that you entered, the immigration system was having issues. The "offline" written at the top of your stamp means the computer was offline when you entered. What that specifically means is unknown. Maybe your entry is not in the computer? Maybe it will be entered at a later date so the date might not match your stamp. The handwritten offline is to explain whatever discrepancy might result from this. It's not anything for you to worry about, and everyone who was entering at that time also had that written at the top of their entry stamp.
