I think it would be beneficial to all of us here to somehow have an official List/Sticky as to what all the different letters mean and other particular nomenclature... Eg... What is Non O, non A, A by itself, O by itself, SETV etc and all the many many other alphabet soup of meanings regarding the Thai Visas...

lists can be made, feel free to help us out, but remember lists need to be updated again and again. We all do this on voluntary basis and I tried to make some lists but it became a 20 hours a day job.
Patrick Lane best to meet listed requirements. And they do differ between Thai Consulates and Embassy in requirements for a visa. So compare and apply at the one easiest for you.

. There will be subtle differences between countries and consulates. Even in Australia there are small differences between the Sydney consulate and the embassy in Canberra. This may be the reason the admins here can't and won't publish a list, as there would be too many variances. My suggestion would be to check the websites of your most convenient locations and research the differences.
