Tod Daniels. They should build a statue in your honor. The information/service/advice that you provide is invaluable. I'll soon be retiring to Thailand (marriage) and my time will certainly be spent investigating the advice that you have provided to others in a similar situation. Thanks again for your time and patience. Regards, Mark.

I want to drop in here too and mention that I originally joined this group five years ago as a backpacker to consult help about border runs and whatnot. Five years later this same group was able to help me process my marriage visa. It's phenomenal to see this group still around and the daily effort that's put into it to keep it clean, organized and most notably extremely helpful. People like myself have been saved from falling in the hands of shady practices that might've gotten us blacklisted. Very impactful

Couldnโ€™t agree more, the most concise, knowledgeable, factual information provided to navigate through the Thai visa system and procedures. Iโ€™d say the gold standard to follow for any other similar group. Thank you personally to Ellie, Tod, James et al. ๐Ÿค™

Just a bit of info;

The reason we close posts so fast after someone provides the correct answer IS

We used to leave them open, give the right answer and then some well meaning, but clueless poster would give BAD info starting the whole thread all over again, and again, and again..

SO we just decided after people get the right answer we'd close the thread..

IF ANYONE wants a thread reopened, just message a moderator (Ellie James or Me) and we'll most likely do it ๐Ÿ™‚

We're NOT trying to stifle the exchange of information, but entry/visa/extension stuff is so knowledge intensive and so dependent on where you're doing what you want to get done.

It can be frustrating to ask about something somewhere and have a person weigh in with a different location (which may or may not be how your office does things)

Thanx everyone for making this the best group for entry/visa/extension to thailand on the inter-web (y) (y) (y)

All my knowledge to help others, particularly older expats with no IT ability comes from you and this group. To the point answers, there to help everyone at all hours and many times a Godsend to the younger travelers who I see are often stranded at a border. Thank you all and may this group continue well into the future

YES I too must congratulate all moderators on this site, I get more knowledge here than on any other site including government sites. Thank you all

It's not me, in fact I'm just a legend in my own mind ๐Ÿ˜ฎ.

It's the mods on this group that make it run Ellie and James

AND

we couldn't do it without the knowledgeable members who provide information too..

Remember there is no "I" in "TEAM"๐Ÿ˜›

It takes everyone to make this group the most accurate and up to date place to get info on entry/visa/extensions to thailand..
