If you are living in your parents house in a rental apartment, what to give as location proof? Your permanent address(present in passport etc) is a different address but in the same city though you don't live there.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a visa or residency in Thailand but living in a rental apartment at your parents' house, you can provide various forms of location proof. Options include a letter from your parents confirming your stay and photos to establish your residence, hotel or Airbnb receipts, and lease agreements. It's important to check specific requirements based on your country as well.

It depends on your country. For example, in Poland we can have an official document from the pesel database.

I was visiting family when I applied so I included a letter from them saying I was staying there and a picture of us in front of the house, as well as all of my passport pages including blank ones showing that I had not left the country.
