TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual plans to arrive in Bangkok on June 8th on a 30-day visa exemption and is concerned about the timing for applying for a Retirement O Visa on June 11th. They seek clarification on the processing time of the visa application, whether it's 14 working days or 21 days, and whether they should opt for a 30-day extension before applying for the O Visa due to the reduced time frame.

In jomtien, you couldn't apply for the non-O unless you still had two weeks left on your admitted-until stamp. Plus your 800k had to be aged 2 months

Most immigration offices has 15 calendar days for in-country visa application policy while some has 15 business days (minimum 21 calendar days) policy. You need to check with your immigration office. If it's Bangkok, it will be 15 calendar days.

Go to your local office, being prepared well for Non-O application. Don't worry, the immigration office usually tell you and let you apply for 30 days tourism extension first if your stamp is not enough.
