For the DTV is the 500,000 baht requirement just for your current balance? Or do all 3 bank statements you submit need to be above 500,000 baht?

My closing statements are:

August $20,000 (650k baht)

Sept $15,300 (498k baht) at today's exchange rate

Oct $18,000 (580k baht)

Nov $19,000 ($610k baht)

Am I going to be rejected because of my September statement?

Are there certain consulates that are bad and good for this?

Have USA Passport and applying for Workation Freelancer.

Thinking of applying in Taipei, HCMC, Hanoi, or Manila. I'm already in Asia.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The DTV visa requires a balance of 500,000 baht, but it's unclear if this applies to just the current balance or if all submitted bank statements must exceed this amount. The user's recent bank statements show varying balances, with one statement possibly falling below the required amount. Additionally, there are inquiries about specific consulates' reliability in processing these applications.
