What are the requirements and procedures for filling out the arrival/departure card for an O Visa in Thailand?

So I got my O Visa, 90 days. I had to leave the country to see somebody, so I got my stamp and re-entry was without any problems. However when I filled out the arrival/departure card I found that I have questions.

1) do I need a return flight and 20000 cash with this visa?

2) country of residence - I wasn’t sure if I could write Thailand. Does the O visa mean exactly that? I used Germany. my passport says Thailand already

3) return flight - do I need to fill that in?

4) occupation - i wrote “retired” although technically I do work in Europe from time to time but wasn’t sure if I should write down my profession or not?
