What are the requirements for applying for a DTV visa for my daughter who was born in Thailand and is currently studying in Europe?

First of all thank you very much for the administrator of this group and the people’s support to provide the right information- really helpful.

I need your opinion about DTV visa for my daughter, who is 25 years old . She born and brought up in Thailand , now doing her masters in Europe . She wanted to apply DTV visa from India in the Thai cooking class category.

My questions

1: Any problem realed her passport which is issued from Indian embassy Bangkok

2: I am a PR holder , showing my residence details as per the PR for her residence in Thailand

3: In addition to her bank balance , should I show my Thai bank balance and PR as a sponsor

Thanks in advance for your advice
