Spousal Visa

Question what happens if you have a small apartment can you just take pictures outside of the apartment and pictures of us inside, we have actually been married for almost 2 years I've made several trips to Thailand already but I had to leave last April about a year ago to go back to the US to work and liquidate I am retired but I'm working on a couple houses right now and I will not be back until the latter part of 2027 or 28 hopefully immigration does not have any issues with older photos, we were legally married in Thailand with all documents, and I have passport stamps reflective of a retirement Visa that expired this past December I understand I have to go through the whole process again apply for the non 0 and start over with the spousal Visa I currently have two Thai bank accounts , will they require a background check from my country is it something I need to bring with me ?

Thank you so much for your help

Love and peace to all

Come back under a 180 days in the year. And then you won't have to do anything special. You just bring your money with you.

if you legally marry a thai person in thailand and meet the financial and medical requirments that should be all required, why make it so difficult for couples. ?

When you start over, the requirements are less then for the one year extension.

Good question.

You say yes….I say no….

Why ask Meta/FB, better to ask Thailand’s Immigration Bureau.
