This pertains to Ubon Ratchanthani, just did my 1 year extension for Thai child and there have been a couple changes in the process. My wife had to fill out an affidavit, we had to get a friend or a relative to give a copy of their ID card and house book. Plus they were very specific about the photos, bedroom, kitchen, TV room, by front door of house, next to house number and a complete view of front of house. We had to retake the house number photo so it was straight on( could not be at an angle) and they wanted a wider view of front of house.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent changes in the Thai child visa extension process in Ubon Ratchathani include requiring an affidavit filled out by the spouse, a copy of a friend or relative's ID card and house book, and very specific photo requirements. The photos must show various parts of the home like the kitchen and front of the house, and must be taken straight on without angles.

Thank you for taking time to write that update, Congrats on your extension (or at least getting your 30 day under consideration stamp)

They seem to get more persnickety on those photos as time goes on, A couple who each stood on one side of their address numbers and pointed at the numbers. They got sent back home to take new pics. Another couple I know didn't have 'full body' photos (their feet were cut off in the pix) they had to take more ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Remember everyone this is for UBON RATCHATHANI Immigrations ONLY, your mileage may vary
