I'd suggest you get concrete appointments booked as well as show as much proof of your previous history as possible with this clinic. Maybe the clinic can provide you with some type of patient history document.
Oh that’s not an issue. It’s a great clinic, long and respected history and A1 customer feedback. I’ve already told them to expect an approach and they’re good with that 👍🏻
I got mine a year and a half a go. Applied via London on a Monday with £20k+ in the account. Had submitted letter and treatment plan etc. then Embassy asked for medical and business licences and “real ticket” on the Tuesday- bought a full flexi with Thai Airways and sent the required documents by Tuesday afternoon. Received DTV late Wednesday evening.
Had some work done - had to return to UK because of family issues.
Hopefully they give you the DTV visa...but be prepared for them to issue instead the METV multiple entry tourist visa. As your treatment plan for your dental work will be completed within the 6 to 9 months as per your dentist.
What that doesn’t show is that the clinic have had all my notes (last 20 years), 30 X rays, dozens of photos etc and they say in their letter that they feel they’ve had enough information and clinical data to make an initial assessment and proposed treatment plan
