TLDR : Answer Summary
The required photo size for the DTV (Digital Visa) is 3.5×4.5 cm. Some users recommend using a professional photo studio for clarity, while others suggest taking a simple selfie with a white background. It seems that the upload system will indicate if the photo is acceptable or not, minimizing the chances of error, although it should be clear and free from blurriness.

They asked me to send a new photo, even tho mine was a new one, I asked the post office to email me the photos Instead of printing them out, I uploaded the email photo and it was accepted

Just take a selfie with a white background and no shadow

3.5×4.5 cm. But when you upload it, it automatically says whether it is accepted or not. So, there's relatively little you can do wrong, except for it being blurry. Of course, it should be clear and ideally a professional photo. I went to a photo studio and they put the pictures on a USB stick for me.

You should do it because I have a philosophy that everything has to be very smooth and not leave any room for an attack so that the visa just slides through
