Hi folks

I'm heading to extend my visa (non-Imm b) tomorrow using the letter from my the British embassy.

I believe I have everything I need based on what other people have posted - thank you all!

I just want to clarify on the new immigration office and Chaengwattana.

Do you know the opening times for the the new office in Muang Thong Thani?

And from experience, does anyone know the best time to go?

Thank you!

@Walid *****
, there is some misunderstanding .

You have the Non Immigrant B visa based on short time business meetings, so you should not even be the full 90 days inside Thailand.

That visa or stay can NOT be extended in Thailand as it is based on your company in your country of origin documents.

You may try for the Embassy letter and get an under consideration period of stay until you find a way to leave the country

Just to clarify guys my non b is not to work in Thailand. It simply allows me to visit Thailand for business meetings etc - it's a 1 year multiple entry where I have to exit the country every 90 days.

Hays .. Multiple Non-B Year visa can normally not extend for a new year or renew. They sime expire.

This multiple entry visa is given when one does not meet all requirements for the Year visa .

Can only bounce for a new 90 days which became sort of impossible now

So a lot of people are stuck now ...

For the Non Immigrant B the normal rules for Extension of Stay are in place. Those people who lost their job due to this virus got an under consideration stamp to stay a few more days in the country.
