Answer summary
The Laksi Immigration office in Bangkok is open from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, with last queue acceptance at 4:00 PM. The fee for extending a 30-day tourist visa is 1,900 baht. Additionally, ensure that you have a TM30 address registration on file, as it is required for all visa extensions.

Be sure you have a TM30 address registration on file with Thai Immigration. They are requiring it for all extensions.

All Immigration offices are open 8:30-12:00, 13:00-16:30. The immigration offices in Bangkok including IT Square Laksi Plaza stop queues at 16:00. You can check the website of the Bangkok Immigration office, but the queueing timeframe is a bit old.
The official fee for a 30 days tourism extension is 1900 baht (all extension fee is same regardless of the number of days).

IT Square Laksi Plaza office issues 30 days tourism extension for those who does NOT have proper tourist visa. No govenment office holiday in November, they will be open on coming Friday.
