I have problems with my bigpond account when applying for visa. I didn't get any email. I managed to get confirmation via visa application.  I am doing another visa and tried to change my email to Gmail which always seems to work better in Thailand but it wouldn't let me do it. I've spoken to a few friends and they have problems with bigpond as well.not sure what is going on

I find it can receive while in Thailand but can not send via bigpond even when I select reply

Not bothered to look into it yet as to why.

Are you inside Thailand - That might be the problem !!

If you are outside of Thailand

If you have checked all your trash / junk / spam folders in your email and haven’t received anything , then - Yes use a different email

To apply for an Evisa - you must be outside Thailand

The Thai Embassy website allows you to have multiple applications live at the one time
