Hi.i would like some information

When applying for the non O visa from your home country. UK, how much should there be in your bank account. TIA. 🙏
Answer summary
When applying for a Non-O visa from the UK, the required bank account balance depends on the specific type of Non-O visa. For a retirement visa, applicants generally need to show a lump sum of 800,000 baht or monthly income equivalent to 65,000 baht (approximately £1,500). Alternatively, for a Marriage-based Non-O visa, three months' bank statements should reflect around £10,000, and joint accounts with a spouse may be acceptable. Each embassy may set different requirements, thus checking the specific embassy's website is recommended.

For a retirement visa it's 800,000baht lump or a monthly equivalent. Halve that for one based on visiting Thai family or commonly called based on marriage. Most recent 3 months bank statements. Originals with name an address headings for last 3 months

It will depend which Non-O visa you are planning on applying for. For retirement you need to show 3 months of at least £1,500 income per month or a lump sum of £18,000
