Is there anyone here in the group that had a positive experience with applying from Phnom Penh? the embassy has been very responsive to me on Line so Im confused by all the posts that say they havent gotten any response from the embassy.

DO yourself a BIG FAVOR... avoid Cambodia for the DTV visa application
