Hello! I need to do a border run CM-Mae Sai, is it possible to do this even if there's a national holiday on the day I would like to go? 16th and 17th July seem to be national holidays. Thank you so much.

I just saw the announcement but I am not clear :)

Otherwise my visa expires on 18th July, can I do it on the same day?
