What are the conditions to work under a marriage visa? Is all work permitted? For example can my wife open a travel company and hire me as a driver?

You need a Work Permit to work next to your Non Immigrant O visa based on being married to Thai Citizen or the Extension of Stay following this visa.

There is a list of prohibited jobs for foreigners, being the driver or tour guide are on that list
