Each time I try to set up my Thai evisa account it sends me round in circles before telling me to check my email for a verification code which never arrives. Anyone else come up against this?
Answer summary
Users commonly face issues while setting up their Thai eVisa accounts, particularly related to not receiving the verification email. Possible solutions suggested include ensuring the correct email format, checking spam folders, trying different email addresses, clearing browser cache, using different browsers, or disabling VPNs that may block emails. Some users have reported success by switching email providers.

I managed to get on using my yahoo account but am now encountering a different problem - it is requiring a States/City option and then a City option. Neither of them is allowing me to type in London and clicking on the down arrow produces "No options"....
Had a lot of problems with my bigpond email in Thailand and when applying for a visa. Spoken to a lot of Australians in Thailand who have had problems bigpond. Don't use it now gone over to my Gmail account. No problems now.
