Are they asking for vaccine passport when you fly domestically? Phuket to Chiang Mai. There are two airlines flying daily, Vietjet and AirAsia, is it possible that one airline would ask and other not?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers flying domestically in Thailand, such as from Phuket to Chiang Mai on airlines like Vietjet and AirAsia, are not currently required to present a vaccine passport. Comments from travelers indicate that they have flown multiple routes without being asked for vaccination proof. While there were previous regulations in certain areas, these have largely been lifted.

No, shouldn't be required any more. Last year some airlines and destinations asked for Covid tests or vaccination. Only Phuket and Krabi insisted on both for several months.
