TLDR : Answer Summary
The post seeks recommendations for reputable Muay Thai schools that are recognized for DTV visa sponsorship, expressing concerns about potential scams. Several users recommend specific gyms in Chiang Mai (such as Muay Thai Fever, The Wall Studio, and more) and Bangkok (like Tiger Eye Martial Arts), emphasizing that these schools are compliant with regulations and provide a clear application process. Users also suggest using the search function in a related Facebook group to find gyms based on the poster's location.
Contact Tony at Monkey Muay Thai & Fitness, Im currently at this gym that’s in Hua Hin Thailand, amazing venue, space and trainers - for Muay Thai and accommodation if needed DTV or not.
Tiger Eye if you're in Bangkok. Lots of positive reviews in this group. Just do a search.
That being said, you should find a gym close to where you are staying and see their reviews and experience regarding the DTV. THe search function in this group is your friend.
I dont think many muay thai schools will actually scam you. Sure some charge more than others but I think its highly unlikley a gym thats fully compliant with the sports authority etc would risk its license for a quick cash grab.
I can second that. Also don't use a Thai visa agency to do anything. If you want a hassle free process, do it yourself with the help of Muay Thai fever
