What are some recommended Muay Thai or cooking courses in Bangkok for DTV visa holders?

Can someone recommend me muay thai or cooking course for DTV?

A Muay Thai gym with several branches in Bangkok informed me that they do not issue supporting documents for the DTV visa for nationals from China, Hong Kong, Myanmar, or India.

Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

In fairness and without sounding like I’m discriminating or suggesting certain nationalities are not able to be Muay Thai fighters, you don’t see many Chinese/Indian/Burmese tearing it up in the Muay Thai gyms.

I'm training at Tiger Eye in Bangkok and I've met a couple of people from India and China here who got their DTVs through the gym too.
