some hospitals say the anaphylaxis could be covered by free insurance, however, if something else happens, I need to buy insurance ahead of time.

no need to use a broker. as a matter of fact you may find it to your advantage to work with the insurer directly.

Robert Nestor it's the individual insurance agent which provides the best of advice and service...on behalf of the insurer.

.. respectfully disagree.

Robert Nestor As a retired insurance professional of 31 years in USA I know the agents importance to both the insurer and insured.

Try using a Insurance Co 1-800 Call Center these days and see how helpful the insurers provided staff are ...the individual agent is indeed most important.

.. again respectfully disagree. when you compare some of the brokers tactics in Thailand and compared to what the requirements are by the actual insurance companies it's quite different. One example is it most brokers want you to put up the entire premium or a good portion of it and yet the insurance company requires no upfront premium. again we just agreed to disagree... and in particular the AXA English customer service is excellent

If I pay the cost of vac, it's fine with me, no intention to get this reimbursement. Just want to be covered by insurance on any potential vaccine-related serious side effects or Covid infection.
