I explained people get denied and then accepted 1 week later being the same brokie with the same paper work.

I also explained it’s funny to see people get approved who barely have 500k on an acc. But have 12 months payslips they already spend in the past months.

While they sometimes reject people who have 2-3-4M baht bank statements aka 50 months payslips worth of money that’s still there and not spend yet, but can only show new remote income 1-2-3 months.

I asked you then also to do basic math 🧮

Which is better having 500k barely the price of a car 🚗 and to show 12 months income that’s already spend.

Or the dude who just has a new 2 months remote income yet but has 50 months worth of payslips on his bank acc that’s not even spend

Income means nothing if there is no capital

4M baht the average applicant has to work 4y to get that money.
