What are some cooking courses in Phuket that offer documentation for dtv, and is a 3-month duration sufficient?

Anyone can suggest a cooking course in Phuket (Bang Tao or Rawai area) that can also release documentation for dtv?

Is it necessary that the course lasts 6 months?

I would prefer 3 months as I'm not sure yet what part I want to live in, and definetely want to take part to the course.

Many thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking recommendations for cooking courses in the Bang Tao or Rawai area of Phuket that can provide documentation for a DTV (Development Visa for Thai) and is inquiring whether a course can be shorter than the typical 6-month requirement. Responses suggest that most courses require a minimum of 6 months for valid documentation, and it may be advisable to consider a tourist visa for initial stays before committing to a longer course.

Do not book under 6 months. You might end up with tourist visa.

looks like some school washed your brain. Even 3 months had real cases here getting a DTV visa if all documents are properly prepared. But I personally wouldn't risk that much for just a 3 months course possible to get a TR visa.

real reason wrong Thai embassy applied and with wrong documents. But I agreed 3 months course makes no sense for getting DTV πŸ’―. DTV visa is 180 days so if choice any course must be same 180 ( not 1 year not 3 months, because schools trying to sell longer course that makes no sense because DTV single entry 180 days and extension is never guaranteed to anyone with any visa, I believe entry 180 course 180 fit perfectly)

Apply for a tourist visa, gives you 60 days on entry and extend with 30 days.

Makes it 90 days, much cheaper and you can visit the cooking school.
