Hi All,

Question on Medical Insurance

I am arriving with my family on a DTV. Two kids both under 8. Both my wife and I are in our 40s.

We’re not looking for premium option but maybe somewhere in the low cost option. Wondering if anyone is on the same boat or gone through it with your family. Any recommendations?. We’re all on Aussie passports

Be aware that some travel insurances only insure trips up to 90 days.

true, but generally good advice of Elias to check Australian companies. They might offer better terms and cover repatriation cost to Australia.

Thai companies certainly don't have best coverage always, some only pay to Thai bank accounts, just another thing to check beforehand.

You can take a plan with deductible option so the premium will be globally lower.

Do let me know if you need a quote for deductible option . I’m an agent with Allianz Thailand.
