TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out the credit card payment form for the passport renewal service at VFS in Bangkok, you should enter the address associated with your credit card. If your credit card is UK-issued, use your UK address. Providing a Thai address may lead to transaction verification failures due to incorrect address matching. Additionally, the passport renewal process currently takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the situation.
Jeez, you need to provide the UK address where the card is registered otherwise if you give a Thai address, when the transaction is verified it will fail due to incorrect address!
Uk Gov website saying about 4wks at the moment. Once they receive the application. Also agents i know here in Thailand saying upto 6wks from when they send to UK.

Nick Green. Unless you've changed your address to your Thai address. Credit Card verification relies on postcode. My UK credit cards now have address in Thailand so I use Thai address for any on-line verification
