Should I translate my Thai bank statement for my DTV application or submit it as is?

So I arrived Cambodian on the 13th, applied for DTV on 14th online. On the 15th, I got an email requested for Financial evidence: an amount of no less than 500,000 THB ( please upload statement clearly)

In the application I've attached my Thai bank statement with 500,000 ballance, which I got from SCB and it was all in thai. I've also included my paypal account and other documents in the pdf which I've submit for the proof of Finance. Do you think I should just submit the same bank statement only , or do you think I should translate the thai bank statement to English and send both version. I'm not sure if it's not clear because I've attached other documents along with the bank statement in the proof of finance section last time or if I only have the thai version and not the English version.
