NON immigrant O visa require you to be 60 year old now?
i always thought 50 year was the minimum age, you could go for this visa & later change it to retirement visa.
website now says 60 ??
TLDR : Answer Summary
There is confusion regarding the minimum age requirement for the NON-Immigrant O visa in Thailand, with some sources indicating it is now 60 years old, while others assert the minimum has traditionally been 50. Commenters mention that specific consulates, such as the one in Belgium, may enforce stricter interpretations of the age requirement, with some having successfully obtained the visa at age 55. It's suggested to check the specific embassy or consulate website for the most accurate information and to contact them directly for clarification.
