TLDR : Answer Summary
The immigration office on Koh Lipe will be open on December 10th, despite it being Constitution Day. It is important to note that immigration offices are typically closed on specific holidays, such as December 5th, 10th, and 30th, but for arrivals by international boat, officials are expected to be present.

As your coming on an international route you can be sure that if the boat arrives on the 10th there will be immigration officials available to welcome you

You are likely asking about immigration, not emigration. And the office will be open when you arrive. Just like landing in any airport…

There are actually 2 offices on the beach on Koh Lipe. The one nearest your boat will be open to receive passengers coming in from Malaysia and will stamp you in

He is actually asking about the land border immigration on Koh Lipe entering from Langkawi. It will be open when his boat arrives .

ah ok. Misunderstood.

Sorry my mistake. The 10th is a Saturday so the 12th is the replacement holiday.

if you're extending a tourist visa or visa exempt entry then just go tomorrow. The days are added onto your date admitted to stamp and not deducted by going early.
