TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai Visa Centre is highly recommended by users for obtaining a Retirement Visa, with many praising their services as excellent and efficient. They offer a full package that helps with visa application, including bank account opening and managing the financial proof required for the retirement visa. Some users have indicated that while the process can be done independently, hiring a professional service like Thai Visa Centre simplifies the experience, even though it comes at a cost. Concerns were raised regarding the immigration implications of receiving O stamps from different provinces yearly, but most users reported no negative issues related to this.

Is it a problem that every year, they give you a O stamp from a new province every year ? doesn't that look highly suspicious to immigration when landing at BKK ?
yes you can enter on a tourist visa or visa exempt, and then buy their "full package", which includes: bank account opening, the initial 90-days Non-Imm-O Retirement Visa, and subsequent "1-year extension of stay permit based on retirement" and they take care of the required financial proof (which is not a retirement visa). This service however comes at a price
