No as there is no Thai Consulate on the border to get a new visa.

It is a good place to do a border run, stamp out Thailand, stamp in/out Myanmar, stamp in Thailand for a new 30 day Visa Exempt Entry or an new period of stay with your Multiple Entry Visa.
