I’ve just had my DTV (Soft Power) visa approved, but I’m wondering whether it’s worth using Fast Track for my first entry into Thailand given my immigration history.
My background:
I previously spent about 6 months continuously in Thailand.
* The first 3 months were on a tourist visa, followed by a 1-month overstay (I paid the overstay fine when leaving).
* I then did a one-day visa run and re-entered successfully.
* After that, I obtained an Education (ED) visa.
* Two months into my ED visa, I left Thailand for one day and was refused re-entry. The immigration officer advised me to return with a proper visa.
* I have now been approved for a DTV (Soft Power) visa.
Would using Fast Track make any difference for my first DTV entry, or will I still be assessed in the same way by immigration?
