Hello I live in chaing Rai and I will be working with a foundation. They are changing there logo and so I must wait for their new logo to be approved before I go to Laos and apply for my non o visa. I have already done 1 border run. They already asked a lot of question when I remetieres Thailand. Would it be safe to do a 2nd border run?

Answer summary

The user in Chiang Rai is inquiring about the safety of performing a second border run to apply for a Non-O visa after an initial border run, during which they faced extensive questioning upon re-entering Thailand. Responses include skepticism regarding the necessity of waiting for a new logo from their foundation before applying, and advice about obtaining possible extensions directly from immigration for 1,900 Baht.

Nonsense, nobody cares about a logo

Never heard that a Thai Consulate of Embassy is checking the official logo of the company or foundation. And therefor you can not use their current logo if the company of foundation like to change to a new one.

Also remember you can get a 30 day extension for 1,900 Baht from immigration.

You can get TWO 30 day visa exempt entries by a land border in a year.

Where did you border bounce and what sort of questions did they ask you?
