TLDR : Answer Summary
A Nigerian individual is inquiring about the possibility and requirements for applying for a Non-B visa in Malaysia. One commenter mentions that the process could take at least four weeks due to Nigerian nationality, while another queries the applicant's educational and employment status, indicating these factors may be relevant to the application process.

does he have all the paperwork from the school for his job? If so then it's only a matter of how long he has to wait for the process to be completed, and being Nigerian that can take quite awhile.

the biggest problem is the embassies south of Thailand do not deal with type B visas for teachers very often at all. A much better, and faster option, would be getting it done at the embassy in Vientiane Laos, after making an appointment. They deal with this type of type B work visas regularly. Just a suggestion
