Legal or not depends on you, whether you can fulfill all requirements or whether they have to "help" you.

Then go shop around for the service fee they charge. Differnt agents charge different fees!

And make it clear, that they should do it at the place, where you stay, not in another province. And that you expect them to process the whole thing within one day!

I have not found a single agency that provides a service in lopburi

Some do it in bkk

We will process it at Bangkok Immigration (Chaengwattana), Bangkok Immigration is the head of Thai Immigration and its visa extension approved is regarded throughout the Nation.
