TLDR : Answer Summary
Traveling from Bangkok to Buriram currently requires you to adhere to specific COVID-19 regulations. If you have undergone ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) and can present proof, you may not need to quarantine further. Otherwise, a Rapid Antigen test at the airport costing 600 baht is necessary. However, be aware that a positive test result may lead to immediate isolation in a hospital, which could incur significant costs if not covered by insurance.

My last destination will be Chiang Mai. First I will come to BKK for quarantine and after I can travel easily to CM - plan, train, car?

Do you come from ASQ? If you stayed already in ASQ you have to show this documents on airport, then no problem. If you not come from ASQ directly, then you have to make a Rapid Antigen test on airport, 600 baht.
The biggest problem with turning up somewhere and being tested is if you return a positive test (even though you have no symptoms) you are put into a field hospital immediately, and you have to pay the freight, which is ok if you have insurance which covers it, but beware it's big bucks if you haven't!
