I have been told that there is a special short line for old timers like me (71) but I did not see anything at Swampy when I recently entered. What is the deal?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the existence of a special priority lane for seniors (70+) at Suvarnabhumi Airport. While the author did not notice it during their recent visit, commenters clarified that there is indeed a 'Fast Track' lane designated for elderly travelers, families with infants, and those with disabilities. This lane is located on the Thai passport side, specifically on the far right, and is marked by blue signs.

Ok.Thanks. When I came in recently the Fast Track was on the left, but I thought that was for airline personnel

I came through it last week (pregnant wife and 2

year old child). For inbound immigration, head for the 'Thai passport' queues on the right and keep on walking, you should see a blue sign on the wall that says "Fast track" guarded by a person in a blue uniform. They allow pregnant women and family, young children and family, 70+, disabled and monks.

I think the photo above is for outbound, cos I did that tooπŸ™‚

Seniors, families with infants and others in e.g.wheelchair / invalid get the "priority lane " (it was my case when we traveled with our 1 year old)

It's on the far right. Line for pregnant and elderly. On the Thai only side. Don't worry, you'll be welcome.

Not a visa question.... My Dad always passes through the VIP section, I believe this is where 70+ aged pensioners can go....
