Hello everyone!

In this pandemic situation. Does anyone knows how many days I can stay in Thailand after a non b visa is terminated?

The company I work for, is telling me 20 days, but they are not sure. Where can I check this kind of information?

Thank you all

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring about the duration of stay allowed in Thailand after their Non-B visa is terminated, with their employer suggesting a possible 20 days. Community comments mention that those who use specific service centers may be eligible for up to 21 days after cancellation.

Okay, that's what I thought when you mentioned the 20 days. People who use the Cham Churi Square One Stop Service Center for their extensions CAN get up to 21 days once they cancel the extension.

Perhaps, still it happened. And it can happen everywhere again. One Stop is not the norm.

you will get a stamp that lets you stay 20 days AFTER your extension was cancelled and then you can find a new way to stay or leave.

That is an exemption case, deleting comments that prove otherwise is not helpful Tod.

I highly doubt you're on a Non-B VISA :O

So first off where did you get the extension of stay issued from? What immigration office

I got the extension here at chamchuri square immigration office..

This is what is making me confused, because as I always knew they give 7 days, but the HR here is telling me 20 days and not telling details, do you think they are already getting me a kind of extra extension?

you are confusing the regular immigration office with Cham Churi Square's One Stop Center.. They are totally different on how they do things.
