TLDR : Answer Summary
The approval time for a tourist visa to Thailand generally ranges from a few days to about two weeks, with most respondents indicating a timeframe of around 3 to 7 days. The specifics can vary depending on the embassy and their current workload. To upload your passport photo on the Thai e-visa website, ensure you take a clear photo free of shadows and in JPEG format. A helpful tutorial can be found online for additional guidance.

Mt test and go 60 day visa took 3 hours for approval and 3 days registered express post round-trip to the consulate but I have heard of people's taking two weeks,so? Passport is easy just take a clear photo with no shadows etc and make sure it's a jpeg.

I followed this video, took all the guess work out of it. Good luck.

From Los Angeles Embassy it had taken me a couple of days. It all depends on which embassy and how busy they are. The visa was quick and painless, the Thaipass was another matter entirely

My 60 day visa took about a week and you have to scan your passport then upload it.

silly question but how do you scan your passport? Is it with a printer?

I took a clear picture of just the picture/information page with least amount of reflections from the security marks and worked just fine …Vancouver Canada mine took two working days…the declaration form has to be signed with pen and sent through scan or picture..not a DocuSign kinda app

Good luck

if your printer doesn’t have a scanner it won’t work, try to find a friend with one or go to the post office maybe?
