How long can I take to provide additional documents for my Thai visa application from London?

Hello applying Dtv soft power from london uk.

Asked for additional docs (2nd time) and this time asking for the funds need to be in my account for 15days but...i have moved the funds from my bank account to a 212 isa savings account for intrest 😅

My question is, how long can i take to reply with the 'additional documents/information they require, 2weeks??

I can move the 12k back to my individual bank account to show them but will that be too long wait for me to reply with the i for they require?

Does anyone have an email or telephone number for the thai visa embassy London?
