Anybody know how far in advance of a course I can get a education visa?

My son starts school here in September and he will have a Ed visa and me a non-o based on that I'm his parent. Anyone know if I could apply now, 6 weeks in advance or closer to the time? Many thanks 🎉

it expired, I was on a tourist visa before, and I had the extention 😊

. I don't believe you can go from amnesty off a tourist visa directly to a non-O accompanying visa. Has your son already got his visa?
