TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the online application service for the Visa on Arrival in Thailand. It requires applicants to be from specific countries and allows them to complete the application online to receive a Transaction Reference Number (TRN). This helps expedite the process at the airport, where travelers can show their TRN at the Visa on Arrival desk to get their visa stamped upon arrival.

You can apply online, get a number, visit the Visa On Arrival desk and show that number: • Once an application has been completed by the applicant. Applicant will get Transaction Reference Number (TRN).

• Please print it out and bring it along when you travel to THAILAND to get Visa on Arrival stamped on your passport.

You can buy visa on arrival online and don't need to wait in a line? My passport is one on that 21 countries.

That's ONLY for people from 21 countries who BUY a 15 days visa on arrival when they land here for 2000baht

These are the countries that do it, if your passport isn't from one of these countries you don't get a visa on arrival ;)

Andorra, Bhutan, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine & Uzbekistan
