TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on whether they need to make another appointment to receive a stamp for their COVID extension at Bangkok immigration. Responses indicate that typically no appointment is necessary, but having one could expedite the process. Concerns about the certainty of receiving the extension, given its 'under consideration' status, are also discussed, alongside a casual reference to potentially lengthy wait times without an appointment.

. No, hence the words "under consideration".

But normally if there's an issue, they will adress it with you when you apply and not accept the application anyway.

The thing is IF you make an appointment you can show up just before, rock in and get it done, OR you can show up and queue up with the rest of the zombie horde :P

Didn’t they stamp your passport to advise your application was under consideration and return to that office on a particular date? That’s my experience and I have to return on March 30

normally there will be two dates stamped in the passport. The date you went in and the date you have to come back for the visa itself.
