I recently received a job offer in Bangkok. Now, I want to cancel my DTV visa so that I can apply for a Non-Immigrant work visa.

Has anyone had experience with this process?

Here was a similar question a few weeks ago. Try and find the thread. When I had to cancel a retirement visa as I was offered a job years ago only the immigration office who issued it could cancel it. Immigration does not issue DTV though.
