How do I cancel my BOI extension and work permit in Thailand, and what steps should I take next?

Hey everyone, super confused and new to all of this so any help is super appreciated. 

I am on a BOI extension which expires on 10th June, employer cannot renew BOI status so they my work is stopped. We're still on great terms so if they need to do something please let me know. They said I can have document dated when I need it for (i assume this is the day I go to immigration?)

1) I have a digital work permit. How do I go about canceling this? Where do I go, what do I need?

2) On the same day I do that cancel, I then need to go to Chaeng Wattana correct to cancel the permission of stay and then apply for the covid extension? 

Any help is super appreciated.. I am useless at this and thinking of getting it all sorted on Wednesday for peace of mind.

you cancel BOI extensions in Bangkok at the One Stop Service Center at Cham Churi Square (they also will cancel your work permit there too

It's totally dependent on the company (and the people at the OSOS, sometimes they give people 21 days after their termination date, sometimes they give 7, it's a crap shoot

BUT you wouldn't cancel your extension at Chaengwattana that's where you'd go AFTER you cancelled your extension at Cham Churi and apply for the covid extension

ok interesting so if they give you a bit of leeway then it isn't necessarily needed to do a marathon day visiting both right? If I go to chamchuri on Wednesday, get that all done and see what stamp / date they give me, I can then go to Chaeng Wattana before that date is up, correct?

, Just be ready in the worst case they don't give you extra days (I guess that is rare cases for BOI companies though).. I know someone with BOI company who didn't get any day, but also someone got 7days or more.
